Nunca entrenar en ayunas<\/strong><br>Un desayuno o merienda equilibrada antes del entrenamiento es fundamental para evitar lesiones por fatiga y falta de energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2705 <strong>2. Incluir prote\u00edna en todas las comidas<\/strong><br>La prote\u00edna no solo va en la comida o cena. Debe estar presente tambi\u00e9n en desayunos y almuerzos (huevos, yogur, queso fresco, legumbres, at\u00fan, pollo...).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2705 <strong>3.
