My job is to teach you how to eat healthy for yourself. Modify your routines and dysfunctional habits, so that you achieve your goal while improving your health and body composition.
Initial questionnaire
With the aim of knowing you, I will ask you the following questions in our first consultation:
Your work schedules, classes, exercise, sleep….
Your eating habits and frequency of consumption of different food groups
Diseases and pharmacological treatment, food supplements...
Food intolerances and allergies.
Your appetite at every moment of the day (we adjust the menu to satisfy you at times of greatest appetite).
Your likes and dislikes. If you don't like a food, we won't include it in the diet. If you have an inclination for something special, we will consider including it if it is healthy.
If you eat at work, with other family members...
If you do the shopping, whether or not you like to cook,...
Bioimpedance Analysis
During the first visit, we will carry out a analysis of your body composition by bioimpedance (we will see the percentage of muscle, fat, liquids) and based on this starting point, I will help you set your real goals based on your current needs.
Nutritional Planning
With all this data, I will prepare a personalized nutritional plan within 1 week. You will have access to your nutritional plan, as well as the shopping list through an app. You will track your progress and be able to communicate with me.
Follow-up
After a week, I will contact you to talk about your evolutionas well as comment your feelings, in case it is advisable to make any adjustments to your plan
My recommendations
Go for follow-up visits every 2-3 weeks, depending on your needs, since that is the most effective time to have good results.
Don't weigh yourself every day, it doesn't benefit you!. On the contrary, spacing out follow-up visits too much can leave you feeling alone and unsupported during the process.
I design the nutritional plans in such a way that they are as simple as possible for you and that you are realistically able to put them into action in your daily life. Switching to healthy habits shouldn't feel like a punishment or restriction. The easier the nutritional plan is, the more sticky it will be for you.
